COURSE OBJECTIVE

This course is intended as an introduction to Microsoft Project to enable it to be used as an effective software tool for project planning, task scheduling, tracking and evaluating progress.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The course is open to managers who require an effective tool to manage and plan their IT projects. Some experience of using Windows is necessary but no prior knowledge of project management software is required.
