COURSE OBJECTIVE
The object of this course is to present a method of Project Management and Control that makes the IT Project delivery more likely to succeed and be less prone to failure. Emphasis on the course is placed on the following project control areas:
Optimum use is made of the resources available
The project is cost effective and realistically budgeted
It is scheduled and completed successfully.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Senior Systems Analysts, Programmers and IT staff who are assuming Project Control responsibilities, IT Management Staff, Management Services Human Resources and Senior Management who are closely involved in the control of the IT Function.
