Our villa is situated in Playa Flamenca, which is approximately ten minutes by car from Torrevieja, the nearest town. Buses run along the main road (N332) just a few minutes from the property and there are many shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There are sandy beaches approximately ten minutes walk away. There is also a tourist information office at the Town Hall (Ayuntamiento), which is nearby. There are three golf courses in the vicinity namely, Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Club de Golf Las Ramblas, and Club de Golf Villamartin. The property itself is in a quiet, residential road, which is gated and secure, and the communal pool and paddling pool is just two minutes walk. There are three bedrooms, one double and two small twins, and an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. There is a bathroom and a separate ground floor cloakroom. The property has a covered patio with small garden on the ground floor, a balcony from the main bedroom on the first floor and a roof solarium.
